• Clinical Supervision

I have extensive experience supervising and mentoring pre-licensed interns. Introducing new clinicians to the profession, helping them thrive in treatment organizations, and helping them find their clinical style is fun for me!

I’m also thrilled when I provide mentorship to licensed clinicians who are looking for feedback about their work. I love helping my colleagues see the complexities of their countertransference and the patient’s transference reactions.

  • Program Development

Many treatment centers have a great culture, but the structure of the program could be improved. Other centers have great clinicians, but corralling the talent and crafting a unified culture is a challenge.

Whatever the challenge, I can likely help. I have a track record of helping create collaborative cultures and effective clinical programs. Sometimes some leadership coaching is the solution. Other times, more intensive work is needed.

  • Training

Leaders train their staff for two, reasons. First, to be in compliance with the Joint Commission or CARF. Second, you know staff deserve training to be less burnt out and get better at their jobs = increased staff and client retention!.

I provide trainings on identifying/managing challenging clinical presentations, AMA blocking, Motivational Interviewing, and other important knowledge/ skills that help staff excel at their job and stay invested.
