Leaders have so much responsibility, often with too much to manage.
Systems, KPIs, new verticals, and general profitability, it’s so much. In addition, leaders have to deliver on the vision of a business and keep the culture solid. Managing people and personalities is an art, but sometimes that’s difficult. Staying profitable can be especially difficult when personalities are hard to manage, or systems aren’t currently resilient to staffing and market changes. I want to help you stay profitable and grow.
My experience running businesses has taught me that so many talented and driven people struggle to be the leaders they want to be. Burnout, misalignment of values, and difficulty managing people can all kill profitability, and I have the experience and knowledge to help business owners and managers create solutions to these problems.
Some leaders struggle with profitability because, in some circles, it’s “bad” or “immoral” to want to make money. That’s absurd. At minimum, we have to make money to pay our bills. Making a “profit” is actually crucial to a business's longevity. There are a handful of common reasons why businesses struggle with profitability that we can explore. My goal is to help owners and operators develop a healthier relationship with money and profitability.
Burnout is often seen as a “just a buzzword,” but in my experience it’s an actual problem that costs businesses money and clients. Some businesses are losing a little money (e.g., employees busy scrolling Instagram as opposed to working). Death (i.e., losing money) by a 1000 cuts, right? What if we could stop the bleeding and, in many cases, actually help employees stay longer and become more productive?
“Natural-born leaders” are rare. Most leaders are smart, capable people with huge potential. Many people in positions of leadership are underdeveloped or lacking guidance. It’s crucial that leaders have guidance to grow and get better at managing people and systems to… help the company make more money.
